I was happy with the quick room change. The initial basement room wasn't ideal, but the receptionist promptly moved me to an upper-level room. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was modern. Breakfast and the provided filter coffee were both quite good..
The room was a bit compact, so it might not be suitable for stays longer than a few nights.

the hotel is steps from the underground station it made travelling easy. i had a double room it offered ample space. the shower was good i appreciated the water pressure and consistent temperature.
soundproofing was not ideal i could hear conversations from the adjacent room it was a slight disruption. the door connecting our rooms seemed thin it impacted privacy.

the staff at reception were very friendly they helped with directions and local information. the front desk operated 24 hours this provided reassurance. i could leave my luggage before check-in it was very convenient.

complimentary tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day i liked this. there was also a water bottle and coffee inside my room. breakfast had croissants and sliced bread as options and multiple juices and hot beverages.

This hotel is quite quaint. It was my second visit. the staff was polite and very hospitable. my room was clean. I really appreciated that. it is only five minutes away from the tube station, so travelling was very straightforward.
The breakfast choice could have been more varied. I would have liked warm options.

The hotel entry foyer looked nice and the concierge staff stored our bags. I found it convenient to walk to Earls Court station for district line access. Breakfast included yogurt croissants and boiled eggs. Complimentary water coffee and tea were available in the foyer .
I was surprised upon check-in to be asked for identification. I prepaid, but they required my train pass as photo ID. I would have brought my driving license if I knew.

Earls Court Underground Station is very close to the hotel. Both the District Line and the Piccadilly Line run through this station. It made getting around simple, including to Victoria Station and Embankment Station.
